Thomas Hern

Before co-founding H&F Strategies LLC, Thomas Hern worked on the ground level with Charlie Kirk at Turning Point USA, playing an instrumental role in helping the organization more than triple its growth from 2015-2017. In the two and a half years Hern worked at Turning Point USA, he served as the Ohio State Director, Deputy National Field Director, and Director of Grassroots Operations. After leaving Turning Point USA, he served as the National Field Director and Communications Director at ACT for America.

Prior to working for Turning Point USA and ACT for America, Hern worked on various campaigns including Governor Rick Scott’s re-election campaign in 2014 and Jacksonville Mayor Lenny Curry’s 2015 Mayoral race.

Thomas earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science from Flagler College in St. Augustine, Florida.

Jonathon Stack

Jonathon Stack is a junior partner at H&F Strategies LLC. Prior to joining the team, he worked on the ground in Northeastern Pennsylvania with the Pennsylvania GOP, helping secure its 20 electoral votes for President Donald J Trump in 2016. He then went on to help grow and expand Turning Point USA's campus program throughout Pennsylvania. After a cycle with the Congressional Leadership Fund to work on the 2018 special election in PA18, Jonathon joined ACT for America as a Digital Strategist.

Jonathon earned a Bachelor's Degree in Sport Management from Misericordia University in Dallas, Pennsylvania.

Tex Fischer

Tex Fischer is a political organizer and strategist from Youngstown, Ohio. Prior to co-founding H&F Strategies, his past experience includes dozens of political campaigns in northeast Ohio, America Rising LLC, Turning Point USA, and the Ohio Republican Party. In 2018, Tex joined the American Conservation Coalition as its National Field Director.
